I know that what I am about to tell you is gonna seem dumb and stupid, so please don't chide me about it. For about three weeks this anonymous person had been being me to send them pictures. Of course I say no, I always do. Well, they finally manipulated me to send one picture to them. When I did, I immediately regretted it. Long story short, this person asked for more and more and reminded me that they could destroy my world in one click. I hated it and cried all night and every time I wake up. Finally they tell me that they go to my highschool and that they owned me now. All I know is the person's (who gave them a way to reach me) last name and I know the anonymous person's number. Nobody knows about this situation and I'm scared. My family is finally forgiving me for earlier mistakes so I'm screwed now .

    You have free will.
You only have to do whatever it is that you choose to do.
You can choose to do three things.

One, tell the entire story to mom and dad, if you're not 18 years old.

Two, just shut up about all of this silliness. Don't ever mention or acknowledge that you did anything. Yes, even if the cops come calling, you don't have to rat yourself out. All you need to do is say, "Sorry, I invoke, want a lawyer, and choose not to discuss these ridiculous allegations." Then, no matter what, STFU about this.

Three, block the ANONYMOUS stalker. Delete any and all posts. Yes, the cops can bring them back to life. However, no one can prove you sent the posts or texts.

    Get the picture?

Some people need to not be so curious and limit who can text to them, or call them. Only a few dozen people on my PERSONALLY APPROVED callers list get access to me via my telephone. If one misbehaves, he or she is quickly removed from my PERSONALLY APPROVED CONTACTS.

    Life is simple.
    Be smart.
Stop allowing SCUM to destroy your chance at a great life.

    Yeah, so what?

    Think.....

Who was there when someone allegedly sent a naughty picture to another person?

By the way, how old is the other person?

    How old are you?

If you think there's no way out of this mess, go turn yourself in to cops right now.

    Lawyers get murderers off, kid.

Your alleged two bit crime is so easy to beat, even a cave man could get you off.

    Work with me here.

I'm trying to keep you outta that stinky, steaming pile of monkey poo you're about to step in, kid.

You don't have to admit or deny.
All you need to do is STFU, invoke under Miranda, ask for a lawyer.

You, as are all of us, are innocent until the state proves you guilty.

The state has to explain how your face got on those pictures.

All you need to do, if the cops come knocking is INVOKE.

    Besides, you're a kid.
The cops can't talk to you unless mommy or daddy are there, or you have a lawyer.

If the stalker reports it, you simply say nothing.
If the cops get involved, your parents are going to get involved anyway.

If you start right now by blocking the creepy, 15 year old perv, not responding in anyway about him, no one can tie you to this, EASILY, if at all.

Now, I'm not telling you to do this.
But, some people in your position suddenly discover their phone was stolen, lost, dropped in a sewer, lost in the SALTY ocean, or suddenly met some other mysterious, unexplained, horrible fate.

    Yeah, you love the phone.

I bet you love your reputation, freedom, a great deal more.

If the phone suddenly went missing, I mean really missing, no one is ever gonna tie you to anything.

For the love of God kid, if some stranger asks you for pictures of yourself, ignore then block them. I can't even begin to fathom why you would send such a thing. What exactly did you think this random stranger was going to do with it? It couldn't have been anything good. You really need to tell your parents and for your own sake, hand over the phone until you are mature enough to make decent decisions with it.

With your parents you can decide the best way to handle this. Your parents might talk to their family, file a police report, or ask the school administration to get involved. No way should you deal with this yourself. The only thing you have working in your favor, if you can call it that, is that you are under 18. The person with the picture would be violating the law by having or disseminating it.
