My ex owes a substanial amount in back child support. I've been told that his income tax has been "flagged" to satisfy his obligation. Two years later nothing. He does pay now, but it isn't his court ordered amount. What should I do?

Put in a violation petition. He is ordered to pay a certain amount, he should be paying the amount.
