So me and my husband decided it would be best that we get a divorce. 
We have not lived with eachother in two years, seen him twice within those two years but that was for me to let our son see him.
My husband decided to draw up his own divorce papaers in virginia with what he wanted in terms and send theme to me here in florida. I DO NOT AGREE with half the things he is listing in theses papers, he does not even mention in the papers that the child has autism specrum disorder, whene i asked him to chage/add this info and other he flies off the handle, starts in with naem calling, threatening to take away the child from me, stop paying child support ( which he already did) telling me that it is irrelavent to place that information in the papers.
I live in anouther state and he filed for divorce in his state, i know whene he goes to the judge he wont metion about the childs disabilities, So how is he going to make the proper decicions about the childs well being, the visitation situation with this kind of child and with a father he pretty much does not know! My husband does not even want to take time to learn about this disorder and cares less about any effects would be if he was ripped out of the enviroment he has been in for two years, with the same routines and stuck with a man he dont know with noone aroud that he knows. And alone with a man who does nothing but drink and get to be a violent person cause of it?
He said if i dont sign he will also set a court date and since i wont be able to show the divorce would be finalized the way it is writtin in the paper work. I dont belive this, but it might be true.
I try to conversate and be civil with him but since i am " not his most favorite person" he cant controll himself, he HAS to be mean to me, make me out to be the worst parent./person alive and i cant take it, could i get a restraining order on him? and put a restraining order on my son since he threatens to take him away from me?
I am really confused and dont know what to do. my ex making this a urgent situation for me to sign and is mean about it whene i ask whats the rush. He says the divorce has nothing to do with the child that its between me and him he dont want to be married to me anymoer and wants to move on with his life. ME not signing these papaers is not stoping him from going on with his life. I just need advice!
