Can I represent myself in a civil suit against employer for harrassment and discrimination with out an attorney
a) the employer
b) the individual participants

Can HR be held liable if:
a) Hiring an enployee to perform primary duties which they were or should have been aware, the company was cited for by the state?
b) found to have altered documents/employee file.
C) Forged a manager's signature

Why are hospitals not considered federal employees since they contract with Medicare to provide services?

Are Whistleblowers really protected?

and if so by who?

If a new manager who has harrassed you, been reported and your company claims they will investigate, but before they do, they terminate you, what can employee do?

Are cases other than blatant sexual harrassment cases, really worth pursuing for At-will employees (since little support is available?
