I ordered four computer processors from Amazon in July '23, shipped by Amazon but sold from a third party. The third party sent Amazon cell phone camera protectors which is what Amazon shipped to me. Initially, Amazon CS acknowledged this and told me to return these and re-order so I ordered three more which is the max I could order. This time they were sold and shipped by Amazon but the same thing happened, also have photos of these incorrect items.
I returned all seven but Amazon refuses to issue a refund saying it's the wrong item. Lovely. Now their customer service just forwards me to another rep who forwards me to another rep so on and so on.
Filed disputes with Chase who handled them incorrectly, and verbally acknowledged they handled them incorrectly but refuses to put it in writing, of course. They did re-open the disputes but are now saying the time frame has been too long and they consider the charges valid because too much time has passed?
Am I SOL and I need to just not do business with my bank and Amazon from now on as they cannot be trusted or do I have any options here?
