am i still married?

in dec 2010 my husband wqas presumed to have been killed in an atuo accident. 9 months later i married another man( i have the death certificate for my husband). jsut recently, i got the surprise of my life when i discovered that my first husband was still alive( turns out he had been mistakenly deported to cuba his home country) my question is am i still legally married to my first husband? and if i am my second marriage is invalid will i be commiting bigamy?

How does anyone get mistakenly deported to Cuba? No need to answer, I'll move on.

You have some big problems. First of all, whose body was misidentified as your husband's? Secondly, did you receive any life insurance proceeds? Thirdly, are you receiving social security or other government benefits?

Again, don't answer any of those questions. You need an attorney. You are accumulating (or potentially accumulating) some very big legal issues.

You could potentially be committing much more than bigamy, which by itself is very serious!
