Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse Am i looking at jail time?

I recently got charged for possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia in marion county even after someone else claimed it. This will be the second time in 10 or 11 yrs. They didn't find no drugs just drug paraphernalia and what they did find wasnt even mine. My question is what kind of trouble am i looking at? Am i looking at jail time? The first time it happened i was on probation for 3 yrs.

Yes. How much time depends on various factors. It is possible you get no time, but time is certainly on the table.

Stay away from EVERYONE until this incident has been adjudicated.

Stay out of the streets, stop boozing and using, stay away from boozers, users, and losers!!!!

Stop yapping about this, except to your lawyer.

The damage has been done.

See if your lawyer can repair the mess.
