My company is saying that because I am not going to be physically employed on June 1 which is when our commission from last quarter is being paid out that I forfeit it (even though I will receive my last paycheck on this day). My boss emailed me saying it is in writing but nothing I signed dictates this and I can't locate the document that has it. My feeling is I earned this $ from work I did while I was there and it is not my fault that they are 2 months behind in paying it out. I am not sure if I have a leg to stand on if he is saying that this policy is in writing. Do I have a case
