I have a question, I recently got divorced and we did a separation agreement with a notary public. He is getting married now and our asset is not sold yet, will I still be entitled to the notarized agreement in our divorce even though he is getting married? Can his new wife ever contest the agreement?

I'm a little confused. When the divorce was finalized, weren't the marital assets divided? Didn't the divorce decree address the property in question?

If it was listed in the divorce decree, then it doesn't matter if he remarries or not. He will have to abide by the court order and you will get your share.

If it wasn't listed in the divorce decree, then you may have to sue him to get your share, since HE can contest the agreement. The new wife wouldn't be a factor in this.
