Age discrimination

I live in California, I am 44.5 years old.
If I am to be replaced by a person that is 30-32 years old is this age discrimination?
Is this actionable?

It is only illegal age discrimination and actionable if you are replaced by a younger person BECAUSE you are over 40. The fact that your replacement is younger does not automatically make it illegal.
