After filing a EEOC amendment

Could you please let me know what happens after an attorney files an EEOC amendment? I am 99.9% sure that my attorney is not telling me the truth about actually filing my amendment, so I would like to know the process. Is that when the attorney would let them know that the firm is now representing me, what EEOC does when they receive it, if/how they let you know they received it, does the client get a copy of any correspondence from EEOC, etc.?

I suggest you discuss your concerns with your attorney.
There is no way that we can tell you if he is representing you properly.
If you no longer trust him or her, tell her or him so.
If you feel your attorney isn't representing you properly, you might want to sever your relationship and find another attorney.

Thank you for responding. However, I was not asking if the attorney is representing me properly. I am asking what happens when a attorney files an amendment with eeoc? I would like to know the steps so that I can approach this with the appropriate knowledge. Example, what response does eeoc provide, etc?

I suggest you speak with your attorney.
There is now anyone can know what he did.
If you approach him and suggest he do this or that, or ask what he didn't do this or that, you both won't like the result.
