I have neen placed on administrative leave with pay agyer working for the company for 5 years. I was promoted and had tp be finger printed by finra. My criminal record from.20 years ago came up but I had already disclose tje information to tne company when I was initially hired. Can tne company terminate me for this even though they already were informed?

Yes.

You can be terminated for any reason as long as it's not in violation of any anti-discrimination laws.

There are some possible exceptions: Bona fide employment contract, union, civil service. But if none of those apply, then termination is possible.

That you've been put on administrative leave WITH pay might give you cause for some optimism.

You'll just have to wait and see how it goes.
