I have a written arrest for petty theft. I was told to make a court date within 10 days and idid. I hired a Lawyer for my case and all i had to do was 25 hours of community service and my outcome was a withhold adjudication. NOW the issue is i already had my record expunged so i cannot get another and i was really with someone who was stealing but because i knew they took me in too. AND I graduate in 2015 to be a Supply Chain Manager in hopes of working in Georgia. Will a withhold adjudication show up if i apply for this career in another state? What would be the best thing to do?

The best thing is NEVER to break any law.

You betcha your record COULD show up.

Expungement doesn't necessarily wipe it away..

An expungement doesn't completely erase your record - certain agencies/employers can see still your history. Whether an employer will see your history depends on the employer, type & how thorough of a background check they do.
