I have a situation where as I have just moved from NYC to suffolk, do I have to legally give my new phone number (i have a cell# already) and new address to my ex girlfriend who my son resides with. I have undergone countless hours of nasty messages and previous intrusions to my home from this young lady. I would hate to have all this happen all over again. We have never been to court but she does receive $600 a month from me for child support.

Honestly if she has your cell, that is all you need to give her.

As far as your cell phone, if she verbally abuses you over the phone hang up on her and let her know you want no communication from her at all unless it is important and involves your son. Otherwise cease all phone contact from her and resort to email only.
