about my annuity!!

concerning annuity...im in serious need of a loan from my annuity,from my union,and they are saying no way.i took a loan about 4 yrs ago,i made a few payments,and thena few months later,everyone there lost theyre jobs,because the company sold..i was out of work for about 2 mos,and i stopped making payments,because after 6 mos you get ur full annuity...now i couldnt get a loaneven if i was homeless...what can i do?

I don't know what you can do, but one thing you CAN'T do is force the union to give you a loan from your annuity.
