? about child blood tests

I would like to know if someone, who is not on the birth certificate of a baby, can legally force a blood test for paternity, even if the parents dont want it? Thank you and anyone for any help with this question.

It depends on your state's laws, and how old the child is. Even if your state allows it, the judge may still rule against the paternity test.
