That was my first thought!

Did you have anything to do with her going missing? You don't seem to be that concerned.....

She needs to be gone for a year to file for abandonment, annulment depends upon how long you were married and some other things. It won't be hard to get a divorce but the gaping question still remains; Why is divorce the only thing you are asking about?
