The consequences are minimal for a minor, assuming you are convicted.
Until you are convicted, or plead guilty to a delinquent act, you are INNOCENT in the eyes of the law.
As a minor, you're never guilty, simply delinquent.
The first thing you MUST do is report the matter to your parents.
There's absolutely NOTHING a minor can do about this.
The court won't even acknowledge you, unless your parent(s) are present.
If you do NOTHING, it'll only make MORE trouble for you, mom, and dad.
If you get mom and dad involved, you'll likely get a lecture from a judge, maybe a few hours of community service, and the entire episode will just disappear.
