My therapist lied on a 302 form and I ended up being sent to the hostiple for 3 days to be look at and the doctors there saw it was an misttake that I was the and wanted to pull the 302 out but they wanted to talk to her oj the day of my 303 hearing but she dident show up I'm try to get the 302 off my recored but is there any thing I can do to her in was of sueing her

You cannot get the 302 removed; once something becomes part of your medical record it can only be amended/corrected - not removed completely.

Agree/concur with Proserpina. You can write a disagreement to be put in your medical file. Records can also be amended/corrected, as noted by Proserpina, but no info/papers already there removed.

The 302 form should contain the information that showed that there was a lack of good cause to hold you further. It should all be there.
