can an employer tell u after 2 days of train when ur suppose to do 2weeks trainin an 6months probation full time position just tell u that u r terminated stating that its budgetary reason and its nothin personal?

Yes, without a contract, your employment is at will.

You could win the lottery or inherit Aunt Bertha's estate, and quit after two days of training, too.
