hi, i didnt go to my last hearing, the court issued child rights to my ex, i didnt sign, or waive any rights, is that legal?

The hearing was your opportunity to oppose your ex's requests, and to speak on your own behalf. Yes, it's legal. If you had a really, really, really good reason for missing the hearing, you may be able to appeal.
