my daughters father is 10 yrs in arrears with child support. His mother passed away 2 yrs ago and left him and his brother and sister the house. I recently was told the he is fixing the house up and planning to sell it. Can I get a judgement against him, so that when the house is sold, the back child support payments would come out of the money he will receive on the sale?
