Agree with cbg. Unless you have a written binding employment contract guaranteeing a specific start date etc., you have no case.

My desk top computer has Win. XP & I can do a google search just fine. I have a card program on it that works just fine. I just can't get into some web sites that require name/PW.

I wonder if "our" Disabled Vet is the one who actually asked that question. (doubtful)

Why didn't you complete the counseling & parenting classes? You always need to do what CPS requires.

    Shoplifting from work

It sounds like this should be over since the police were not called. However; if your former employer is called for a reference by a prospective employer, they can give the reason for your termination. Your name might also be put in a retail theft data base. You do need to pay back what...

    Housekeeper issues

What rights do parents have over a 17 year old pregnant teen?

After the baby is born, the presumed Father would need a DNA test to establish rights & paternity. He could then also be required to pay child support.

What about/where is the Father of the baby to be born?

    Job ad fraud?

There really isn't anything you can do except forget it & look elsewhere for employment.

    Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Mr

There is no way we can know what your employer might do. Most employers most likely would terminate you. If you are arrested, get a lawyer & speak only to the lawyer.

    Could we fight for custody?

Sorry but neither you or your Mother have any rights in regard to this child. If the child is ever being abused and/or neglected, contact CPS.

Re: Possible Suit against deceased Estate/Beneficiaries

Sorry but named beneficiaries should prevail & you were engaged not married. Of course, you can talk to a lawyer as noted.
