Hi, we have recently been getting our groceries delivered due to COVID-19, we are doing our best to stay safe and healthy, we wipe down anything that is delivered to us before bringing it inside.
anyway, we just received our groceries from Walmart this morning, while putting a carton of ice cream away in the fridge, the top popped right off, no security seal, no seal under the lid, we had to throw out the brand new tub of ice cream, at some point this ice cream was taken off the shelves by an employee and put into our cart, wouldn't they realize there is no security seal, and on top of this, there has been a number of people licking the tops of ice cream cartons, (IN WALMART)
Is there any case here at all? or any repercussions for the lack of quality control for walmart delivery?
During a time like this, I think especially delivery services should be doing everything to ensure a safe delivery.
