Was working helping saw trees down and lifting heavy logs and that night came home could barely lift my arm above my head .. ( Note:) - Have been trying to get back into as working as Corrections Officer before end of year : He has been paying me cash daily but has been stiffing me money .. When I mentioned my injury to the owner next day he didn't say anything but was mad me for working slower that day

Do I have any recourse action because currently I cannot go back work as a Corrections Officer because my injury ?

You have not articulated an injury. You have articulated stiff muscles due to physical labor. Perfectly normal happening.

Then why after nearly 5 days can I barely lift my shoulder/arm ?

If you're working off the books, you have chosen to opt out of certain benefits provided by government for legitimate workers and employers.

You could have possibly applied for workers compensation had you incurred an on the job injury while performing duties legitimately and paying taxes.

That said, if you are in pain, you should immediately report to your nearest emergency room. The pain could be presenting for things other than related to heavy labor.

OP has not indicated he is in pain. He has not gone to a doctor to establish he had injuries. In fact, he claims to have been injured then continued to return to work the next day.
