Hey - it is worth it to complain about a moderator here - and if so, where do you do it? One moderator in particular has given me & others a hard time on a lot of our posts - instead of answering the question at hand this mod would rather judge and condescend as if she's Judge Judy.

I will urge him to seek joint custody, but do you have any suggestions of what he should do when she is in a drunken rage in the middle of the night? If he leaves alone the baby is in danger. If he stays, quite frankly, they are both in danger.

No court orders of any kind.

If your check is returned for a payment made to an individual (not a business) can they charge you what ever fee they want or are they limited to only charge you what their bank charged them for the returned item?
