Ya I'm trying to prove a point on another forum and I'm trying to remember the name of a particular court case.
I think it went to the supreme court. It involved Juvenile court. What happened was there was a kid who pranked called some neighbors. The judge sentenced him to juvy till he was 21. It went to the supreme court.
I think they ruled something along these lines
"Juveniles don't have the right to fair trials"
or
"Juveniles only have to be proven to be delinquent"
It was a very important case in Juvenile law. I know that much
Any help would be appreciated.
