w/c issue

I had two carpul tunnel surgeries 5/6 years ago and a cyst removed. I am having pain but I am now working for another company. I never received a settlement or any offer to continue coverage for therapy or any future surgeries needed. I did not even receive any paperwork saying that my case is closed. I'm not sure how to go about getting treatment for my hand. I can not start a new w/c claim because this is pre-ex , correct? Do I have to just use my own insurance? I do know people that had surgery received a settlement or future treatments option. (they worked for the same company) Is there a statue of llimitaions on w/c claims? :dunno:

Workers comp laws can change a lot from state to state. You can get a lot of info from other injured workers here. If you want somebody here to try to help I suggest identifying your state.
