someone i know got into trouble by toilet papering someones house. The owners of the house called the police and they gave the police the name of the person who did it. There was no damage to the house (shaving cream, eggs, etc.) It was just toilet paper, seran wrap, rice, and bird seeds. Will my friend get charged of anything? (misdemeanor, fines, etc). Please help.

I'm certainly glad the statute of limitations has run on my toilet papering days.

Well...I mean, my friend.:dgrin

Our crystal ball is out for recalibration :)

No one here can tell you what WILL happen. But the fact that no lasting damage occurred does not automatically give your friend a free pass under the law.
