My tenant owes about $ 4,000 in rent and the lease is up 8/31/07. She is moving out, does not have money to pay it but wants me to set up a payment plan.
How do I make it biding.
She was also receives Subsidizing housing from Section 8. They paid their portion but she missed some of hers.
What should I do?
