When the judge makes a monetary($$) judgement does the complaint receive the monetary($$) before the 30 day appeal process?

Or does one have to wait until the appeal process has been completed

Think about it for a minute. If you received the money, then appeal reversed the decision and you had been paid, how would ALL of the money get repaid?

An EEOC age discrimination lawsuit was my first big case I won. My dad was my client. The case took us seven years before dad got paid. I treasure my copy of that check.

Sorry, I digressed. No, you must wait, and wait, and wait. Dad waited seven long years until every appellate relief had been exhausted. I hope you don't have to wait as long.
