My fiancee has been incarcerated since 1990 for a murder conviction. Projected date of release is 2018. Are her chances of having her permanent residency status revoked:
100%? Between 51 and 99%? Unlikely but possible?
Would my marriage to her prior to release change the odds?
HELP? THANKS!!!

I'd say 90% chance of being deported, depending upon her country of origin, her educational background, profession (and or skill set), income/wealth/assets, and familial ties. They will also factor in how long she has her green card. They might consider letters of support from citizens of good standing.

I see a marriage to a convicted murderer as more of a hindrance to you, than a help to her.
