Question for a Friend

I have a friend who does not have internet access but needs some advice.

Her daughter is 12 months old a month younger then my daughter. at the time she conceived she had a BF and saw this other guy 1 time. It was proved by DNA that her bf is not the father of her daughter. she knows nothing about the 2nd guy all she has is a first name and can't find him. how can she go about finding him and getting child support or is this a mute point?

She might be out of luck. She has to have at least the guys name to find him, unless she happens to run into him again. What a shame that she creates a child with someone who's name she does not even know
