My wife and I have been having a hard time recently. One key item is a betrayal of trust I committed. We are trying to make it work, but have to consider it may not. We would like to draft some form of legal document that outlines what would happen if we divorce. Specifically, if a betrayal like that was to happen again, the terms would be in her favor. I found out about postnuptual agreements, but none of the lawyers I spoke to would see us together. I wanted to know if there were other options

Sure.

Let her pick an attorney and go by herself to get a proposed post-nuptial agreement drawn up for your approval.

If you don't like the terms you can say no and negotiate changes, or not to agree to it at all and just wait for the divorce if it happens.

I can understand that you don't want to pay two lawyers, but this is an adversarial situation and no lawyer is going to want to represent both adversaries.
