i need to get an emancipation, cuz my dad is an a-hole. basicaly, he beats the crap out of me, wont let me see freinds, etc, and most importantly he wont let me go to school. im 16 years old and im soo behind in school in 9th grade. all my freinds r graduating soon. my mom cant do anything about it, he threatens her in every way. i live in texas and i need to know what to do to get an emancipation fast. ive runaway from home twice b4 and 1nce called cps, they took forever to get to my house, and by the time they came, my dad made me not say anything to them, to tell them i am fine.
can some1 give me a step by step walkthrough on what to do plz!
