My father died 2 years ago and the only will that i have is a copy that I got from the attorney that he used for all of his business affairs. I was left everything according to this will and his wife was left a mobile home. to make a long story short the wife is contesting the will. The wife has now filed another case against me claiming that i stole money and other papers from a safety deposit box. I'm thinking that this should fall under the original estate case and i shouldn't have to get another attorney to fight this.
