I'll cooperate with an American publisher to publish my indie PDF comics on their internet site. I'm a Chinese. My nationality is of Mainland China. My creations include pornography dipictions and artworks, which are forbidden to publish in Mainland China by our local law. If I find a partner in the US or other countries that can trade adult contents legally and publish my comics by the form of paper books, and sell them in their local area, it's also legal for me. However, internet isn't a closed market as paper book markets. People in every corner of the world might find the site and purchase items on it.That's a vague point.I'm afraid there will be a wicked person that will pick up the matter to the legal system and exaggerate it to blacken me. In this case I'll have to pay some sizable penalty for some pictures... I'm just going to develop ways to profit more money to lift my finance basis. I'm just going to live a better life. A sizable penalty will ruin my efforts and bury my consumed time...
I heard that signing a contract to specify the responsibility will help me avoid legal trouble in this matter. The contract will totally specify that the site won't spread info related to itself and won't advertise pornography publications of its selling items in Mainland China( excluding Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong). And the site won't target Mainland China as a market to sell their pornography publications.
Is this method valid after all?
