Hey guys. I have a clinical on Halloween, 12 hour shift, and this year was my year to have my son for Halloween. If I tell the father I cannot keep him for that day, (he's custodial), could I get in trouble with the courts? Thanks all.

No, there is no requirement that the non-custodial parent take every visit authorized, or even take any visit authorized.

You have the ability to not take the kid on any day that you are allowed to take the kid.
