Legal action to force husband to pay child support.

If your husband leaves you after 13 affairs with other women and refuses to support you or your 4 children (3 under 18) is there any legal action that can be taken to force him to pay money if you arn't divorced yet. Including some sort of crime he could be charged with, possibly? Thank for your help.

Have you seen an attorney? You need to get a temporary order of child support and spousal support. Until there is a court order he doesnt have to pay anything. If your husband is the one that works you can possibly bill him your legal fees.

Also, do you have a job? If not, time to get one since you know your marriage is ending and you possibly have no income coming in.
