Hello my ex mother in law has custody of my 3 kids since 2002. at the time i was working on the road and not able to give them a stable home. but now i have the stability they need and my 13 year old daughter and my 12 year old son want to m ove in with me. they live in vermont and i live in florida. my oldest is happy there and has allot going on and would not like to move and i understand i talk to them all the time on the phone and i love them so much at there age are they able to decide where they really want to be.
