I am new the area. Only my son and I live in this state.
I need 2 witnesses for my will. I DO NOT have 2 witnesses. I've called 3 attorney offices and they won't witnesses it unless they do the will.
My neighbor is a notory. She would NOT be a beneficiary in any way.
My son's friend is coming in over the holidays. Can my son's friend and my neighbor's husband witness the will? Is there a conflict because my neighbor is a notory and her husband would be a witness? Again, none of those parties have a vested interest in my will.
If not, do you have any suggestions on who to get? Banks say they won't witness a will.
I work from home so I truly do not know anyone but the husband and wife next door...and obviously, my son can't witness it.
