Here is my demand letter to Amazon, but also I want to sue for their policy.

The good news, is that they'll refund you if you have a problem (usually) and that's all you're entitled to.
I've never had an issue receiving requested refunds from Amazon.

That said, YMMV.

As regards counterfeit merchandise, I've seen some suspect things for sure.
 
Any time you are buying from an unknown third party seller on Amazon you take the risk that the goods may be counterfeit, not as describle, nonfunctional, etc. Amazon does not screen each seller on its market place for their business practices. If the seller gets a lot of complaints, it'll boot the seller from Amazon, but that's no help to those who already purchased from that seller.

I present proof to Amazon, that some of the reviews about the bike are Fake.
They PROMISED me to delete them.
And not delete.
I said to them: "If you delete fake reviews and remove the seller from the platform, I will not demand a refund, and will be satisfied".
I sent Amazon emails from the seller, sent to me outside the platform. By Amazon rules, this is a serious reason to disqualify the seller(Amazon told me so in our conversations, most of them have screenshots)
In our messages with the seller mentioned, that they offered me compensation for deleting the bad review.
Probably, it will be amazing to place some of the screenshots here.
They first promised to refund 1650$ then refunded 200$, said within 7 days you have all the rest.
Than said no.
After one more month.

and here is an example of a conversation regarding fake reviews.
We discussed it earlier, they promised to delete fake reviews, but not did do so,
From my wife's account, I asked them, why the fake reviews were still there,
and why I haven't received an email about this-
as you all can see from this copy of a dialog with the support- nobody cares,
all they wish is to make the client tired and forget about this question:
(they kick chat from one representative to another, and each new rep starts to ask the same standard questions, just to continue a time game)

two first reviews said the bike goes 35 mph


when my review was published, where I said, no 35, only 24 miles per hour


They paid for other reviews, most probably they sent two bikes for the price of one


That next review right after the main, said: we don't try to ride more than 20 miles per hour
