With regard to custody, the laws and procedures vary by state, including the age dealing with emancipation. Without more it is impossible for anyone to assist you. I'm very sorry that you seem to be in a very difficult place right now and I hope you can work things out, which will probably be a whole lot easier if you can. Good luck.
