Help with deed

I have inherited the home where I resided with my parents for over 48 years. I was there caretaker and as such was left the home. I have a copy of the will that stipulates the home was left to me and I have a certified legal copy of the will. Do I need a signature of the executor/executrix to transfer the deed to my name? There is no stipulation in the will with regards to sharing or disbursing any property of any profits that may arise from the sale of the home.

If the home title was not left to you via survivorship, it needs to be probated by the court appointed executor.
