my nephew is in dhs custody has been for
two years

both of his parents are incarcerated for life
a very high profile child abuse case

Dhs
has denied me visitation
and next of kin gaurdianship
here is why

i said the only thing i had observed
was rough play
and strict rules about potty training

so in turn they are saying that
i failed to report child abuse

is there any way i can fight this?

Not really. If DHS have decided that you're not an appropriate placement, that's really all there is to it.
