I Am Currently On Aid And I Found Out That My Fiance Has To Pay Child Support If I We Are Not Living Together.i Do Work Right Now And We Are Together So Can I Request That I Do Not Want Him To Pay??

If you are on Gov't assistance, you do not get to decide he does not have to pay. If you expect the gov't to support you, then the gov't is going to want their money back from the father.

So, stop getting gov't assistance and see about getting your fiancee to help with expenses like daycare. That is the only way around it.
