After almost two years languishing in the NC court system, I was finally issued a divorce decree dissolving the marriage. Issues of property division, support and custody were not addressed in this decree.
This much being done, I am suddenly unsure: have I inadvertently waived or lost my rights regarding the resolution of the outstanding issues? Am I now obliged to mediate/arbitrate? Can I still argue for a no fault divorce? Can I still have the case heard in court?
