my wife and i are separated.
well she separated from me i guess.
she went a filed for a restraining order and custody and child support and alimony.
i was served with the orders and forced to leave my home
i say my home because i pay the bills on that home where she does not work
we have 2 girls together
my papers i was served with had copies of her statement that were grossly exaggerated to the point it makes me sick
i just read the rest of the paperwork last night and along with staying away from all the the people in the house and the schools it also says i must IMMEDIATLY do an drug and booze test and evaluation with a license drug center
i did not see this until yesterday and i was served the papers about 2 weeks ago now.
by immediately is 2 weeks to late? i have a court date coming and i'm worried i will be in trouble with the judge now?
i dont know if i can see my kids after the court date since i did not do the test IMMEDIATLY.
my friend told me that i waited too long and now the stuff is out of my system which is why the judge said that and now it will look like i did it on purpose?
