My son is 17. His dad has custody of him with me sharing joint custody. My son now wants to come live with me and my husband but his dad won't allow it who lives in Indiana. I love I'm South Carolina. If he decide to come live with me against his dad wishes, will we be breaking the law?

If there is a court order giving the other parent physical custody then this will violate that order. If you want to reverse physical custody petition court

Google 'custodial interference'. Son can decide when he is at the age of majority where he wants to live.
