CPS Recommended Parenting Classes as well as Anger Management Classes

Will a court look at a recommendation from CPS for my ex-husband to take Anger Management and Parenting classes when determining Child custody modification? Currently have 50/50, but trying to modify to full legal due to academic issues as well as domestic issues in my ex husbands home.
